WHERE IS LINCOLNSHIRE AND EASTON WALLED GARDENS?

Easton Holiday Cottages are located in the Lincolnshire countryside, just 15 minutes from Grantham and easily accessible from London. They’re in Easton Walled Gardens, which is about 100 miles north of London.

Easton Walled Gardens are 12 acres of beautifully restored grounds which are available to holiday cottage guests at all times throughout their stay. Also onsite is The Courtyard (the former stableyard to Easton Hall) which has a coffee shop, with light snacks, and our independent shops, stocking lifestyle goods, fine stationery and professional artists’ materials.

HOW DO WE GET THERE?

The easiest way is to take the train from London King’s Cross Station to Grantham Station (about 1 hour), then a taxi (15 minutes) to Easton. It’s worth knowing that the term National Rail includes many different train companies. So make sure you know which company you’ve booked with, and get on the right train. The two companies that serve Grantham are LNER and Hull Trains.

If you’re coming from Heathrow you can either get a train to King’s Cross Station (use the London Underground Piccadilly Line direct to King’s Cross St. Pancras, or, if you’re hiring a car, you can drive via the very good motorway (highway) network using the M4, M25 and A1. Google maps is the most reliable SatNav in the UK.

Prefer a Door-to-Door Transfer? We can recommend trusted private drivers who will meet you at the airport and bring you directly to Easton.
