WHERE IS EASTON?

Easton Holiday Cottages are part of The Easton Estate on the Lincolnshire/Rutland borders. See here.

The Gatehouse Lodge, May Lodge, and the Lofts are in the main buildings of Easton Walled Gardens, and The Head Gardener’s House is at the top of the walled garden over the river – see map. The School House is in the village of Burton-le-Coggles.

The Yellow House is in the North Norfolk village of East Rudham.

Each Cottage/Loft has an allocated, off-street parking space, except for The Yellow House which has on street parking in a quiet lane outside the cottage.

Yes, just let us know and we’ll let you know where you can park a second car.
Yes, there’s one located in the May Lodge/Lofts parking area which is available for all of our guests to use, and one at The Head Gardener’s House.
Yes, absolutely. A couple of well-behaved dogs are welcome. There’s a small charge per dog, per stay.
Yes, when the Gardens are closed to day visitors, and they should be kept on a lead so as not to disturb wildlife.

Yes, but subject to there being no guests before or after you. Just call the office and ask! Normal check in/out times are:

Lincolnshire Cottages – Check In from 3.00 p.m. – Check Out 11.00 a.m.

The Yellow House – Check In is from 4.00 p.m. – Check Out 10.00 a.m.

Lofts – Check In from 3.00 p.m. – Check Out 10.00 a.m.

Keys to the Holiday Lets are kept in key safes. You’ll find your code on the initial Confirmation of Booking email.
You will have unlimited, free access to the Gardens during your stay, even when they are closed to Day Visitors. This perk is available exclusively to our Holiday Let Guests. To access the gardens after hours please use the Staff Gate located in The Square.
Yes, but please ask us first. They would be expected to pay the usual admission charge.
We’re open from Wednesday to Sunday (plus Bank Holiday Mondays) from 11 – 4.

The Courtyard Shops and The Coffee Room are open from Wednesday to Sunday (plus Bank Holiday Mondays) from 10 – 4.

It’s open from Wednesday to Sunday (plus Bank Holiday Mondays) from 12 – 3.
Yes, they’re found in the wooden log store in the garden of your cottage, or in the case of The Gatehouse Lodge you will find them under the archway. They’re free of charge.
