Easton Holiday Cottages offer a peaceful country stay within easy reach of Grantham, combining the independence of self-catering accommodation with the setting of a historic country estate.
Easton feels wonderfully rural, but it isn’t remote. The Estate is close to the A1, while direct trains connect Grantham with London King’s Cross. That makes Easton an unusually easy place for couples, friends and families travelling from different parts of the country to meet.
Once you’re here, the pace changes completely.
Cottages with character
Our holiday cottages have grown from a desire to give old estate buildings a new life. Rather than making them all the same, we have retained the individual character of each.
There are cottages and Lofts for two as well as larger houses for families and groups of friends, with comfortable interiors, well-equipped kitchens and everything you need to settle in for a few days.
All welcome dogs and several have woodburning stoves and private outdoor spaces.

Stay in an historic garden
One of the great pleasures of staying at Easton is having Easton Walled Gardens on your doorstep.
Guests can enjoy the 12-acre gardens outside normal visitor opening hours, when Easton becomes wonderfully quiet. Wander through the meadows and borders in the early morning or take an evening walk through the gardens after the day visitors have gone.
The Courtyard is also home to our Coffee Room, The Courtyard shop for homewares and gifts, and Griffin of Easton, our specialist stationery and artists’ materials shop.
Explore Lincolnshire from Easton
Easton is well placed for exploring this part of Lincolnshire and beyond.
Stamford, Rutland and the Vale of Belvoir are within easy reach, as are country houses, gardens, villages and miles of open countryside. Grantham itself is close by for shops and amenities, with Belton House just beyond the town.
Or don’t explore at all. Staying somewhere with its own gardens and countryside means you don’t necessarily need to plan an excursion every day.
