Around 20 minutes from Bourne, Easton Holiday Cottages offer somewhere rather special to stay in the Lincolnshire countryside.
Our cottages are part of the historic Easton Estate, surrounded by countryside and the 12-acre Easton Walled Gardens. They range from cosy places for two to larger cottages for family and friends, giving you the independence of self-catering with rather more outside your door than you might expect.
Cottages with character
Our holiday cottages were created from old Estate buildings, carefully adapted to make comfortable places to stay while retaining their individual character.
You’ll find well-equipped kitchens and welcoming interiors, with woodburning stoves and private outdoor spaces in some cottages. All welcome dogs, while The Lofts offer the flexibility of shorter stays.
The idea is simple: somewhere comfortable and characterful where you can settle in and make yourself at home.

The gardens on your doorstep
Guests staying at Easton have the added pleasure of Easton Walled Gardens just outside their cottage door.
The 12-acre gardens can be enjoyed outside normal visitor opening hours, giving staying guests a very different experience of Easton. Early mornings and evenings are particularly peaceful.
Through the seasons there is always something different to see, from snowdrops and spring bulbs to roses, meadow flowers and our renowned sweet peas.
The Courtyard is also home to our Coffee Room, The Courtyard shop and Griffin of Easton, our specialist stationery and artists’ materials shop.
Explore south Lincolnshire
Bourne is within easy reach, as are Stamford, Rutland and the surrounding Lincolnshire countryside.
Explore market towns and villages, visit a country house or garden, go for a long walk or find a good village pub for lunch. This is a part of England that lends itself particularly well to exploring without too much of an itinerary.
And if you don’t feel like going anywhere, there is plenty of space at Easton simply to enjoy being here.
