Around 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Easton Holiday Cottages offer a peaceful base for exploring the countryside around Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and the Vale of Belvoir.

Dogs are welcome in all of our holiday lets, from Lofts and cottages for two to larger cottages for family and friends.

With gardens, countryside and plenty of places to walk nearby, Easton is an easy place to holiday with a dog.

Walk the gardens after hours

Guests staying at Easton have free access to the 12-acre Easton Walled Gardens throughout their stay.

Dogs can join you in the gardens when they are closed to day visitors and should be kept on a lead. Those quieter hours are a particularly lovely time to walk through the gardens together.

Beyond Easton, the surrounding countryside offers footpaths, quiet lanes and plenty more to explore.

All of our holiday lets welcome dogs, so you aren’t restricted to a small selection of pet-friendly cottages.

Choose somewhere cosy for two or a larger cottage for a stay with friends or family.

There is currently a charge of £35 per dog, per stay. We ask that dogs aren’t left alone in the cottages unless they are in a crate.

Explore Melton Mowbray and the Vale of Belvoir

Melton Mowbray and the Vale of Belvoir make particularly good territory for exploring from Easton.

There are villages, country walks and pubs throughout the Vale, while Melton Mowbray gives you somewhere to explore the area’s well-known food heritage.

Rutland and Stamford are also within easy reach, so there is plenty of choice when deciding where to walk or explore each day.

Come home to Easton

After a day out, return to your cottage, put your feet up and enjoy the peace of the Estate.

Then, once the gardens have closed to day visitors, you and your dog can head out for one final wander around Easton.
