TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our full terms and conditions can be found here, but the main points are:

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

For The Gatehouse Lodge, May Lodge, The Head Gardener’s House and The School House, a first payment of the equivalent of the first 2 nights’ stay is payable per week booked to secure your booking. Any balance is due 6 weeks before your stay. All stays in the Lofts should be paid in full at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION BY THE GUESTS

You should let us know immediately in writing if you wish to cancel your booking.
In general, no refunds will be given on a short-notice cancellation of your booking but if you give us plenty of notice we usually either re-book your stay for a later date or refund you. Please see the full Terms and Conditions in any event.

AVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY

The Gatehouse Lodge, May Lodge, The Head Gardener’s House and The School House will be available after 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. For the Lofts the arrival time is 3pm and the departure time is 10am.

We’re very flexible on this, though, and are happy to allow an earlier entry or later departure, depending on whether or not there are guest in before or after you. Please ask when you book if you want different timings.

EASTON WALLED GARDENS

Guests are allowed free access to the Gardens at all times during their stay in any of our Holiday Lets.

If you want to show friends and family Easton Walled Gardens during your stay, please ask first. We also ask that they pay the usual entry fee.                         

PETS

Pets are accepted in all of our Holiday Lets, and there is an additional charge of £35 per pet per stay.
